Usher?s Custody Battle Heats Up

The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster got heated this week which resulted in some serious mud slinging as well as the singer getting grilled on the stand. Yep this is one nasty court battle. According to US Weekly Usher, whose real name as you may or may not know is Usher Terry Raymond IV, spent the week on and off the stand in an Atlanta courtroom. The hunky singer has been accused of sleeping with a woman who was one of Tameka?s bridesmaids at the couples wedding. Foster?s attorney also accused Usher of caring more about partying with his friends than his children. A lawyer for Usher fought back accusing Tameka of attacking his current girlfriend Grace Miguel including throwing food at her and spitting on her. It appears that these two ex spouses have no intentions of playing nice when it comes to the custody of their sons Raymond V, age 4 and?Naviyd Ely Raymond, age 3. At this time Foster wants full custody of the boys while Usher is seeking to have his visitation rights increased.
