GOP Letter Presses Obama on Spending

WASHINGTON?Congressional Republicans sought to ratchet up the pressure on the Obama administration to find ways to avoid $110 billion in federal government spending cuts that are scheduled to take place next year.

Four GOP congressional leaders sent a letter to President Barack Obama urging him to work with Congress to ensure that the cuts aren't implemented.
