It is a good idea if you are just starting out to keep the stance wide. All four limbs are like sold beams holding your body in position. Arms and feet are either grounded or in motion. The long lever is always the toughest; if you were preforming a leg curl you will note that it is more difficult to when the ball rolls out feather away from you or preforming a limb lift with your arms or legs further out. It is important that intensity increase every week to improve your results. That?s when having a personal trainer really pays off.
