Project Description:

Media and education company in need of an app built for iPad and Android to be sold on iTunes bookstore. The app will serve as a communication tool between business and long-term clients. Basically creating educational software. Similar look to Vanderbilt University and USAF U.S. Air Force Academy apps.

I would like to see the following features in the app:

1. Login Screen - Users should have the ability to create their profiles. Profiles will link to an external accounts database, which will give updated account info every time the user logs in.

2. Shopping Cart - The app has to support payment processing. Major credit cards and online check are the choices of payment. We do not want to store any credit card information.

3. Geo-locating - The system should allow the user to set their location with a Geo-locating feature and link to Google Maps for navigation.

4. Link user via email pushing them back to the site, new content on site etc.

5. Social Media - Facebook and Twitter widget is required plus share widget located on the site is required.

The system should have typical links like about us, privacy statement, terms and conditions, careers. The backend administrator (SuperUser) has a view of the users, control of the order processing and fulfillment. Each transaction should receive a unique code so that it can be included in a url, as well it will be displayed with the content. The backend administrator (SuperUser) requires the ability to add multiple admin
logins. Each admin will have certain priviliges.

Milestones will be determined in advance and work structured in phases. Daily summary reports are required and a weekly update conference call is mandatory. Milestones will only be paid when phases are completely finished and tested. Should one phase create issues for other phases then all phases leading up to the current state need to be functioning prior to Milestone being paid.

All developers will be required to sign an NDA to review more detailed information and provide at least three references prior to being awarded the contract.

I see this project as an ongoing and forming a long term relationship between me and the right developer.
