? Since I?ve been working incredibly long hours lately both in my regular day job and side projects, I decided to start giving myself health and fitness, and sometimes beauty challenges every month. There is certainly nothing healthy about staying at your desk for 13 hours straight trying to tie numbers in, or sitting the apartment all day on weekends to work on side projects.
For February, I decided to come up with the following:
Fitness: running 3 miles,? four times a week. Every week I?ve gotta get 12 miles of running under my belt. I?m not a big fan of running, but I do it. And by doing this challenge, I?ll make something to look forward to because everyone knows I love challenges! I?ll be running in interval?which is proven to be more effective in terms of burning calories.
Health: Drinking at least 4 servings of 16-24 ounces of water per day. I?ve started already, but sometimes, I slip by and drink only one to two cups a day. This will remind me that I need to fill up my water bottle four times per day!
Beauty: Every Saturday, will be home-made facial day with natural products found in my pantry and fridge! I will come back to post my favorites.
