Whether you are implementing a new accounting system in your local department or your organization is embarking on a program of complete culture change, it makes sense to take a deep breath and see how you?re traveling. Here?s a quick eighteen point list that you can use your current change project. You can either answer the questions on your own, or better yet, ask your team to discuss the answers as a group. The following questions are based on the approach to change ? to change management in organizations. This approach recognizes that a disciplined process is necessary to lead and manage change, from the initial idea to the institutionalization of good potential of the new way of working. These six phases of the change process are:

Is there a clear and compelling reasons for adopting this program change? Does the objective data necessary to convince skeptics available? People feel the urgency to change?
H support Arness Do we know what are the motivators for each stakeholder group? Team senior management support the change? Are all the actors involved in the process of change?
goals rticulate stakeholders take ownership of the vision and goals? People are involved in devolution of goals to lower levels of the organization? are performance measurement and reporting systems in place?
N ominate roles are managing change and new operational responsibilities clear? The right people chosen for the right jobs? Are the principles of project management and the methods used?
G is the ability of online training plan sufficient scope and resources? teams to be developed and sustained high performance? support the transfer of place of training to ensure the workplace?
E The results are changes ntrench performance and success celebrated ? shall pay, rewards and recruitment systems in line with the objectives of change? managers and supervisors lead by example
